Therese made this process not only easy and smooth for my family but she worked very hard to ensure we received thee best options available to us. We had certain needs and requirements of what we were wanting to do and she continued to research and work on making those happen. She was always in touch with us, letting us know the status and what she was waiting on if anything. She was very polite and friendly and just a real joy to work with.
