I usually don’t write a review, but hope this helps improve customer service in the office, my original loan officer was Luke, he was awful, he literally just didn’t have time for us and gave the file to Teri, she called I think once, I asked her to please call me when she needed something, but never did, the loan took over 3 months to get done, and they had to run our credit twice, and ask for updated paperwork due to their procrastination. Not happy at all.

Teri is an amazing loan officer, one of the best I have worked with - she is very patient and has given us pricing for numerous scenarios. She communicates extremely well and has always kept our (customers) interests at the forefront. When the rates dropped, she jumped on it and locked in a great rate for us. Teri is great to work with and I hope to be able to do more transactions with her in the future. Thank you, Teri!
