I worked mostly with Arnie Saltvick, and my experience was excellent. There was a little bit of a miscommunication in the beginning relating to who we would be using as our agent but despite the change he maintained professionalism and was pleasant to work with.
Not only was he extremely pleasant, we did end up getting a great rate on our home! He was able to lock in the lowest rate possible by pulling a few strings and working around some of the limitations but he definitely knows his stuff. I would highly recommend.

We were recommended to Jeff from our realtor. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for someone to help us get through each step as well as educate us through the process. We were directed to the right person. Jeff was very helpful through each step of the process and was transparent throughout the whole thing. Many of our friends & family know the struggle we've had securing the money we need to remodel this home of ours. Even WITH equity this year we were still having trouble! At long last, we have what we need to get started, and it's all thanks to Brian Saltvick! Seriously. All the bankers we worked with spun a good game until it came down to delivering. Brian, he delivered! Not only that, but he always stayed in communication with us, explained everything carefully, and laid out the pros & cons of our options, putting together several plans of attack to choose from. Thanks to his help, we should be able to get all of the remodeling done we've been dreaming about for 10 years within the next 18 mos or so. Seriously, if you need a banker you can trust & who will work with you to come up with a solution for your money needs, talk to Brian!!!
