My husband and I had moved to California and found that we was looking to purchase a home. We was leasing a home at the time. When we found the one we wanted we told Ralph Gresham that we would like to have this closed before having to sign another lease which would of been due at the end of that month. Ralph worked very hard at getting this closed before that time. We closed two weeks before the end of the month! We was very pleased with the experience of purchasing the home.

This was by far the scariest thing ive ever done, and Ralph and his amazing team made it so easy! He not only helped find a loan that suits my needs, but answered all my questions in a way that i could understand them. I will definitely recommend Ralph 100%.

Ralph and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get us in our new home. He was there to answer all of our "first time home buyers questions" and made sure we understood the process. We had a very positive experience and will definitely use Ralph in the future!
