My decision to refinance and get through all the paperwork can be a daunting task...Cassandra was great to work with, very professional, and courteous. she always kept me informed and her communication was stellar. The closing was equally as pleasant. If the interest rates drop again to where it would benefit me, I would repeat this in a heartbeat. These guys ROCK!!
