Scott was so personable and really took the time to explain things to me. He always was available and I never had any trouble getting ahold of him. You can tell Scott really cares about every client he works with. I appreciate Scott’s honestly and knowledge in his field. I didn’t have any surprises through the buying experience with my loan because Scott gave me all the information up front and told me what to expect. I've bought a number of homes through the years and getting approved for a mortgage is often a very stressful experience. Scott was so positive that he made the entire process almost stress free. Scott was incredibly responsive. I could text him and he would call me within minutes. The communication between Scott, his team and me was excellent. The informative videos they sent which explained what was going on every step of the way were creative and innovative. It was a great experience!
