Sean was always pleasant, informative and very patient. We did not have a real estate agent and this was our first time purchasing an investment property. Sean guided us through the entire process. He made himself available and easy to reach to assist and answer any questions, sometimes outside of “regular” business hours.
He communicated with us daily to ensure everything was ready for a timely closing.
