Shaun's willingness to go above and beyond. He did some serious research and a little investigative sleuthing just to make sure my deal would go through. He literally rescued me from a horrible experience I was having with Quicken Loans at the time, and I literally wouldn't be a homeowner today if I hadn't happened to call him!

We had such an exceptional experience as first time home buyers working with Shaun and his team. Everyone we worked with was thorough, timely and expert in the lending process that it put me at ease. Additionally, Shaun and the team were unbelievably responsive to calls and emails, which was especially important during the final weeks leading up to the close. Shaun and the team went above and beyond and am I blessed to have shared journey with this team. Highly recommend (and already have!)!
