Shaun and his team were outstanding. Through our loan process a few issues came up, and with every situation, Shaun and his team addressed it head on. He got it done and I'm going to tell everyone I know looking for a home, where they can get outstanding service.

Shaun and his people were Great! But not too happy with the service from the corporate office in Utah. They mail out statements on the 18th and if the 18th falls on the weekend it gets mailed the following Monday. Don’t you think it’s kind of hard to receive the statement by around the 25th and turn around and send a payment back by the 1st of the month from NAshville to Utah???? Especially when your is due on the 1st. . Doesn’t really make sense. .🙄🙄 If you you feel like contacting me feel free
