From day one Dane was very communicative, always available for our questions, and knowledgeable. The preapproval process was very quick. He worked seamlessly with our agent and the escrow company while we were in-contract, which was not a cut and dry process, but Dane and his team were flexible and we got there in the end thanks to them. The entire process of working with Dane and Andrew through the initial loan paperwork to closing was great. They are both very professional and answered every question I had, none were too small.
