Mike Koran and his team are professional, honest, fast, and comprehensive. They got our loan done in record time and made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. It was a complex multi-family property and not an easy loan to do. In the past they have done a single detached home for me as well and I had the same great experience. My husband and I were on the journey of buying our first home and even though we were already in talks with anther lending officer, Angelo came highly recommended and we wanted a second option. Once we spoke with Angelo, we instantly knew he was the lender for us. Not only was Angelo very personable and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable in his field and was very informative.
Angelo had given us more information and knowledge of different programs that were not brought to our attention by the other lending officer in just one phone call.
Although Angelo was in a different county from us, he really left a strong impression on us, which made our decision to go with him a simple decision. The distance didn't stop Angelo from being a very attentive lending officer and was always available day or night, even the weekends. Angelo had our best interest in hand not just his and ended up saving us thousands of dollars in the long run. We were truly blessed to have found Angelo. We highly recommend Angelo to anyone buying a home, he is an amazing guy to work with and won't lead you wrong and is looking out for your best interests.
