We have refinanced numerous times over the years. We worked with Dane Moler at PRIIMI this fall. He was the BEST! Dane has a vast amount of knowledge and experience, but the best part is that is he can explain things (to those of us who aren't in the business) in simple English to make it all easily understandable. He was always available or got back to us immediately. The method PRIMI used for gathering all required documentation was simple. They were very communicative with us about where we were in the process. Dane was also very helpful in looking creatively at different scenarios. This loan was the fastest refi we've ever done. We will definitely go back to Dane when looking for another loan.

I've worked with Dane on 4-5 loans now (2 new houses and a few refinances). He's also worked with numerous friends and relatives that I've referred to him. Everyone that's ever worked with him, including myself, has always said "wow, your mortgage broker is awesome." even my real estate agent who has seen thousands of loans processed was as impressed as could be with Dane's service.
That's because Dane is as smart as they come. He's extremely knowledgeable and excels at his craft. He's always 4-5 steps ahead. Let's face it, getting a loan can be an intense process. But Dane knows every nook and cranny of this space and is constantly ahead of the game. He anticipates the next bend in the road and is a master at navigating the road.
A mortgage isn't an everyday transaction for most people and it can be hard to know who to trust. Dane is the only person I'll ever do a loan with. Period.
