Steve and his team were very responsive while managing our loan. They proactively guided us in accomplishing tasks both by personal contact and through a user friendly app. Their response were so quick. All of this during a time when I know they were extremely busy. They also provided some personal touches that made the experience unique. For example, periodically gifts would show up at our house along with a note about the status of our loan application. We had a great experience!

Kaley is absolutely amazing! I've heard horror stories of loan officers who do as little work as possible and cause all kinds of headaches for the buyer, but Kaley goes above and beyond with everything. She always keeps an open-line of communication, she works great with the real estate agent, she reassures skittish sellers, and she's always positive and optimistic. I've already referred her to three friends who were purchasing houses. 10/10, absolutely amazing
