Steve Wilcox and his team are amazing!! As a first time home buyer we didn’t know what all the expect from the process and Steve and his team were there to explain and answer our question as they popped up. I highly highly recommend these guys!!!

So, far the transaction with Kenny has been easy and pain free. As I haven't refinanced a home in over 20 years things have changed a great deal. But, we haven't quite crossed the finish line yet. I've signed the paperwork as of last Friday, 4/23/21. I haven't seen the balance of the loan show up in my bank account, nor have I seen any information about making payments and to whom I'm supposed to make payments. So, there is still a few steps left to really complete this process, so we'll see?

This is an amazing resource for those seeking to obtain a mortgage. Especially if you use their agent, Anthony Hernandez. He was on the ball, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the process with clarity. If I ever had to ask a question he already answered he had fathomless patience. On top of everything else, Anthony is a fantastic people person and someone that is super easy to talk to. Primary Residential Mortgage has been fantastic and they have an amazing asset with Anthony Hernandez.
