Service was great at first, however communication started lacking. There were several issues with my loan causing me to almost lose out on my dream home. As a first time home buyer, my experience was extremely stressful and devastating. I was very proactive during the process as I was given a lot of misinformation during underwriting and my loan sat for days without being attended to when it was time sensitive. In the end, I was barely able to close- it was literally a close call.

Kaley was awesome helping out on buying our first home always on the spot and willing to talk anytime we had questions for her. She was also awesome about giving us all the information she had and getting us the best deal possible. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who asks.

Kaley was seriously amazing! I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me with my first home! She was very personable, friendly and made everything so fun and easy! Anytime she found out any updates with anything like pre-approval, appraisal, underwriting and final approval she let me know as soon as she got the info herself!!! Which is amazing because it helped put any nerves to rest instead of always wondering what was going on! I'll never be able to thank her enough!!! Thank you Kaley!
