Kaley was very thorough and kept in constant contact with us. She was quick to respond any time we had a question...even after normal business hours. Although it seemed like a lot of paperwork was needed, it was necessary to get the loan through quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Kaley a Giessing to anyone that wants peace of mind throughout a process that can be extremely stressful.

Melanie is incredibly personable and kind. She answered all of my questions quickly, accurately, and with out jusgement. As a first time home buyer, it made me feel confident in the home buying process to have Melanie on my side.
