He kept us well informed. Every time I texted or left a message with a question, he was surprisingly prompt to get back to me.. I felt I coul trust Ken to have our best interest at heart. He has been amazing to work with and I would definitely work with him again. I love the fact that he will continue to watch for interest rates to drop and notify us when they do. :) Blessings!
