Me and my wife had a great pleasure working with Mr. Maloney. He was easy to work with, and was very informational with our questions and concerns. While working with Mr. Maloney, he was able to get us apporved for a house and we were able to close on our first house within 45 days. My wife and I highly recommend others to also work with Mr. Maloney with finding your future home.

Rich was absolutely AMAZING! We were first time home buyers,so we were nervous about how the process was going to go...but then we met with Rich and it was smooth sailing from There! He was so welcoming, down to earth, and went above and beyond for our family! I most certainly will recommend him to all of our family and friends!! Rich is a fantastic person. My wife and I moved from the Houston TX area to Spartanburg last November. We meet Rich through our realtor, David Burt. Rich was excellent at communicating with my husband and I each step of the way during our home-buying process. We worked with him for almost a year as we moved from Texas to Spartanburg, SC, and searched for homes in this challenging market.
