Chad was a pleasure to work with and truly made every effort to give us the best home buying experience possible! He made sure we were always informed along the way and that our expectations were understood and met. We had multiple issues with the seller (HUD) but Chad was diligent on making sure that the process moved forward and that all issues were resolved. He could not have done anything better in this whole process and I am truly grateful that we had his assistance in the whole process.
