Chad needs a reality check. He needs to learn customer service. Cursing at clients and calling his attorneys “lying shits” is not good practice. All to find out he was in the wrong. Could have been handled much easier if he asked a very simple question and LISTENED to his clients. He take to much and won’t let you speak at all. Completely hard headed and ignorant. If I wasn’t less than 7 days from closing I would went else where. I will not recommend this company or Chad to a single person.

Chad was so easy to work with and communicated with us frequently. If we had questions, he was very responsive and kept us up to date in the process.
