Richard and Susan Walker are communicative at all points of the process. They give great guidance on current mortgage rates/best advice on which avenue to pursue. We have done several transactions with them and they are both friendly and professional and really cross all the T’s and dot their I’s! We loved working with them and will do so in the future if we need to again.
