Chris was great! I work in the banking world but thankfully Chris didn't assume that I knew everything about the mortgage world simply because I work in one aspect of mortgage banking. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me in crystal clear manner and didn't mind to reiterate if there was any confusion. Used Chris Roberts to purchase first home in 2009 and when I began looking again in 2015 he was my first call. He's very professional and operates in a timely manner, so if you are looking for a GREAT loan officer then choose Commonwealth and work with Chris!

We were provided excellent service through Commonwealth Bank and Trust. Chris Roberts in the Owensboro office provided support and assistance with every need to a long process of selling and buying a new home. Our loan process went very smooth and they worked quickly to get us to close.
