We were told by another lender we couldn’t get approved for a loan at the moment. They wanted us to sell our current home and rent for awhile. A friend referred us to Chris at PRMI and he said he we wouldn’t have a problem being approved. He got us preapproved and we were ready to close on our new house in 33 days.
