This was my second experience with Avi and I have never felt more comfortable in dealing with a lender. Subsequently I have recommended Avi Bastajian to a couple of my friends, and that kind of a recommendation becomes my responsibility so it had better be correct.

We are not first time home buyers. We just bought our third home. Finding a good loan is a potentially stressful process, and considering some prior not-so-good experiences (having a loan not go through three days before closing), we wanted a seamless loan process. Some of our friends had used Academy Mortgage in the past, and so Avi came highly recommended. Not only he didn't disappoint, he exceeded what I have come to expect from mortgage lenders. His process is very personal, and personalized. He explains everything, makes sure one understands even the tiniest of details, answers all your questions, and gets things done in an organized and timely fashion. Hands down, best mortgage lender in Pensacola. PS: Susan's Backlawa are one delicious bonus !!

Being a first time home buyer, I was not quite sure what I was doing or what to expect with the home buying experience. Avi walked me through the whole process and made it easy understand. My experience with Academy Mortgage and there Staff was very good. Avi. Bastajian was very good to answer all my questions asap and to keep me informed as to status of my loan.
