Joe was very thorough and did a great job of explaining the entire process. He was always there to answer our questions even via text which is amazing when you have so much going on. We would absolutely refer Joe to our friends and family.

Joseph was amazing to say the least! He was always there to answer my questions and trust me, it was a lot of questions! He never made us feel out of the loop in any of the steps during the loan process. He worked late just to ensure everything was submitted on time and nothing got overlooked! Joe is someone you will definitely want on your team to handle the financials, he is very knowledgeable about the property values, interest rates, and did a remarkable job with my closing cost and also completed the closing in 21 days. I could not ask for anyone more efficient and organized to get things done in a timely manner.
