Man was professional, timely, competent and hard working. He is enthusiastic and friendly. He stays on top of things and keeps you in the know without being pushy. On the flipside, he is always available to answer questions. Was a big help navigating through the mortgage process of selling and buy two houses at the same time. I highly recommend Man and his staff.

One item was that the Elizabeth Homer was concerned that the $106,000 wired to closing was not shown on the settlement statement. First American said that the lender did not want that on it and was concerned & befuddled as to why. Possibly you can explain that and later she was requested to sign that the monies came from Charles and her name was not on it, although the wire came from her account.
