The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of financing the mortgage for our retirement home. Questions were answered promptly and even during odd hours of the day. We truly feel there is not a mortgage lender in today's market that could come close to the service and expertise of Sue Marshal, Debbie Avila and the rest of the staff at Primary Residential Mortgage. We will definitely recommend this company and staff to all our friends and family.

Wendy is very knowledgable in her field. She has helped us through purchasing 2 homes and one refinance. She responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. My wife and I were turned down a few times because we did not have a credit score. When we thought all hope of owning a home was gone, God sent us an Angel. Debbie was making to work with, she held our hand every step of the way and treated us like family. I still cannot believe we're homeowners when everyone said it wasn't possible. We were able to buy the home we had been renting and not have to move. Thank you Debbie! You were definitely a Godsend. I would recommend you to everyone!
