This was our second time working with Mike to refinance our property. Always pleasant and thorough, he was clearly working on our behalf especially when we encountered a glitch. It’s not an easy process but this go around, it was made more complicated as I suddenly had to take care of urgent personal issues at the same time. Mike was professional, patient and accommodating as we slowly moved forward. Can’t thank him enough for his patience.

Michael Koran was on top of our loan process from beginning to end. I had many distractions during this loan process as a result of my many business interruptions and family's health interruptions, and Michael patiently waited and gently guided us through each step. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Michael Koran help us again with a mortgage loan, and I will recommend him to my friends if they ask for a referral.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He made me feel like I was his only client when I know he has many others. He always kept me information where we were in our loan process. I would definitely refer my family and friends to him for their loan needs.
