Mike and his team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they did not give up but rather worked harder and more creatively to make sure that we were finally able to close with the same terms originally discussed. They are real superstars!

Working with Mike was very pleasant, Mike gave tips to help with savings and also was very approachable and efficient. Mike always took the time to follow up with well thought through communication and to make sure all my questions were answered. The process went pretty smooth . I recently completed a refinance of my San Francisco home. This was all done at the height (🤞) of the Covid-19 crisis, so the entire process was done online and by phone (with the exception of home visits by a masked-and-gloved appraiser and notary). It was relatively simple using the online tool to submit information (though I did inadvertently upload a cookie recipe rather than the requested financial document). Mike (and Keith) were very helpful, responsive, and accessible. Thanks!
