I started my experience with Michael and his team after 3 weeks of working with another lender who was quoting a rate of 7%. I was already in contract to purchase a home and couldn't swallow the rate I was being quoted. I called Michael and before I got off the phone, I knew he would be saving me money. I closed on my home on time at 3.75%. I truly am grateful to him and his team. Thanks Michael, I will referring you to all my friends

Mike was incredible to work with during the closing on our new home! He provided very clear guidance, was extremely knowledgeable and provided immediate responses. He worked with us closely through every issue that arose. Mike is a fantastic communicator and was extremely proactive throughout the whole process. On top of it all he was positive and encouraging. He made this process as simple and pleasant as possible. We highly recommend Mike and can't imagine you'd find anyone better!!

Michael and staff were extremely helpful throughout our refinance process. They outlined what documents were needed and were consistent in their attention to all the details. He also expedited a last minute request from us to subordinate our ELOC and completed the process in time. We would certainly recommend Michael and staff for their professionalism and courtesy as we appreciate excellent service.
