My husband and I were referred to Michael by our financial advisors. Their rates were a lot more competitive than the bigger banking institutions and they clearly explained to us how their business model worked. Michael and his team were incredibly responsive, able to offer short closing times (not used), and reached out to seller's agents multiple times to say we were very qualified to buy a home which helped us against all cash offers and gave us some sway.

Buying a house is scary, especially if it's your first time and you don't understand the process. Mike was always there to alleviate our concerns and answer our questions.
Mike and his entire team were extremely responsive and always met deadlines. Mike, MJ, Kathy, and Joanne were always courteous and helpful. Since they handle the entire process in-house the transaction was processed smoothly and efficiently.
Not only was the service great, but they offered competitive rates as well.
