Our second time using Michael (this time for a Refi of our original loan), and Michael was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. It's tempting to jump at the lowest rate from a generic website, but Michael was not only able to provide a competitive rate, but his level of personal service, not to mention the time to walk me through all of my options, was truly exceptional. The process was fast, seamless, and Mike and Coleen did everything they could so I was able to sign before my vacation.
