We refinanced two properties at once with Mike and he was fantastic. Extremely responsive, helpful to a fault with the massive amount of information and documents that were needed in the process and really gave us confidence we were getting the best interest rate and lowest cost. Refinancing is never fun but Mike really made it as easy as it could be.
