Mike listened, understood our issues and goals, and knew how to help us get the loan we needed for our new home. Submitting documentation via the web portal was easy and made that process a little less burdensome. The entire loan process went smoothly; Mike and his team were always on top of deadlines and met them all. Mike also offered good advice about rates and issues related to locking them.

Both Michael Koran and Keith Hubbard simplified the loan process by providing specific instructions, a website to upload documents and their quick responses to any questions I had along the way.
