The interpersonal support and follow up was great. The website, however, was quite daunting, and not very intuitive, particularly for us older folks.

Down to earth!!!! I feel like I made a business partner and a friendship! Honesty, Mike told me what to expect the very first day, and was honest and true all the way through! Mike was very timely and able to execute which is the ultimate goal for the customer!! His communication was huge and he always made himself available to talk or respond to a question.
