Truly the worst experience any first time homebuyer could have. I was unsatisfied with the service, how disorganized, unprofessional and last minute they were. I bought my home almost 3 years ago through them and I would not recommend or deal with again.

Kathleen was patient, calm, supportive, and caring throughout the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I could have felt like I was asking obvious questions, but she always validated me by explaining the process in a way I could easily understand. Kathleen also came to the settlement, which I understand is not always typical for someone in this role. Kathleen goes above and beyond in so many ways. I recommend her in the highest regards!

Carolyn Maas was fantastic. Carolyn is super friendly and knowledgeable, has tons of mortgage experience, and was always on point. Carolyn always had my best interests in mind It’s a no brainer; I’d use Carolyn again and highly recommend her to others. This is coming from a guy who normally doesn’t give reviews.
