Nicolas was super responsive and on top of everything. He is incredibly kind, communicative, and very honest. He explained every aspect of the process to us and definitely took the initiative to act as a liaison between all parties involved. We were lucky to have worked with Nick, and so is everyone who gets the chance to do so!
