My experience was truly impressive with Mr. Kofi. Here is my story briefly. I looked for 2 years for a home and applied for a mortgage with the Montgomery County Down Payment Assistance Program, but every lenders I encountered in the past promised me something that they did not have. I was so desperate to find a good lender. My credit score dropped several times because I shopped around with many lenders but they didn't have what I was looking for and yet I had an excellent credit score. So I decided to change the way I researched lenders. I went to the Montgomery County website. I found Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc through the Montgomery Country website's list of approved lenders and searched for the best loan officer, that's how I found Mr. Kofi. His previous clients had good reviews about him, that's why I chose him and I don't regret it. I can say today that I made the right choice!!! What reviews say about Mr. Kofi is true. I had this experience. Mr. Kofi encouraged me from day one, even when my contract failed the first time. He would give me words of encouragement like “don’t give up” and that had a tremendous impact on me and made me believe until the end. He was very patient with me, explaining everything I needed to know. For example, he explained the loan estimate document to me with all the most complicated vocabulary and numbers that I couldn't understand. Honestly, today I am so happy and relieved. I was approved with the down payment assistance I was looking for. Additionally, Mr. Kofi and his team (Loan Processor Michelle Buss) worked quickly (even on weekends) to gather all the papers I needed for the closing and he even arranged an early closing so that I could move out the same day. WELL DONE!! Thank you very much Mr. Kofi for everything you have done for me, for your amazing work and knowledge on loans and programs. Thank you Michelle Buss for all your good work. Thank you a lot Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc you have one of the best loan officers (as a person too) and the best team. God bless you all. Today I have a place that I call my home and I am so grateful for it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Aaron Matty is incredible! Not only did he accommodate all my requests, educate me on the process, and ensure he got the best loan terms for my situation, he personally assisted when a seller was being troublesome regarding financing terms for a home I was interested in. Aaron worked to the last hour to make sure closing was smooth, communicated effectively between all parties, and was one of the most organized loan officer's I've ever worked with. I will be sending all of my friends who are looking for a home and financing to him because I can guarantee exceptional client service and flawless execution. Make sure you look him up and ask for his team to provide the best lending care you can hope for :).
