Carolyn had never dealt with this type of loan before but was more than willing to work side by side with the renovation department to learn for herself and guide us through this type of loan process. She was willing to ask questions when she didn’t know the answer to get us the most accurate information she could!

Exceedingly happy with everything Marshall Sadowski did for us in applying for a mortgage loan. He worked around the clock for us to make sure we always met deadlines. Provided information clearly to help bring us to a point of understanding at every step along the way. Ensured we got a great deal and showed us what our true buying power was. We were always met with a great attitude, a smile, and a good joke, he certainly has a great taste for comedy. Really the kind of guy you could see yourself being friends with!

Amy Fitcher is phenomenal! She saved the day for us by finding a very unique loan to meet our unusual circumstances.
