Don't rip clients off. Rates and rate charge fees are excessive with PRMI. Only after haggling and using a national lenders quote was PRMI willing to reduce its charge for rate chosen by ~$6k and the rate itself by about 0.75%.
The only reason we closed using PRMI is because I was scheduled to be out of town at the time of the original closing date, and the other lender could not close sooner. It goes without saying that when interest rates come down, regardless of who PRMI sells our mortgage to, we will be refinancing with a national lender who maintains the mortgage for the life of the loan.

Kendall was helpful every step of the way. This was my first home buying experience so I really had a lot to learn. Kendall was always there to make me feel comfortable, confident and educated. She was available to walk me through each move I made and what was to come next. I never felt in the dark about anything because she was very communicative. I can’t thank her enough!
