I have worked with this lender multiple times. 3 times to be exact. And they always come through. They do what they can to get the loan done in a timely fashion. In my last transaction I was both buying and selling and they were champs they were ready to close on my new purchase at the same time that my buyers were ready to purchase my old house; so no hotel stay for us! We went from one house to the next thanks to this lender being so quick and efficient! I highly recommend 1000%!
