- It was very difficult to connect with Anthony most of times
- I never had the chance to understand some details of the final closing statements
- I kept receiving document requests until the day of the closing
- Never had the chance to discuss the possibility of changing the origination fee, even though I knew it was possible to have a higher interest rate to decrease the origination fee
I had two potential customers I was going to refer, but given the overall experience I rather will not
