Mark Gordon is not only an expert at what he does, but he has the best customer service OF ALL TIME. As a first time home buyer, naturally I questioned everything. Mark made it easy for us by hand holding us every step of the way, texting us and answering calls at all hours even though he doesn’t have to. This level of support we received is not just great (like the rating option I was able to choose), it’d EXCEPTIONAL. Not all loans are like this, but when you’ve got Mark as your loan officer..
