Mark is the consummate pro and I have trust that he always has my best interests as his goal to hit. There are no surprises w/ Mark and he mutes the onerous & cumbersome experience of obtaining a loan process. Mark takes his time to talk to me and ensure I fully understand any scenario, options, and potential outcomes...never in a rush. Great attitude, cool under pressure and I feel like I get a great deal, he has earned his money and my loyalty.
