Erin was my loan officer for a house that closed about 2 months ago, but she is still helping us and making sure our mortgage is being handled properly. There was a mix up with interest rates on our loan after it was transferred to Idaho Housing, and she took care of making sure the correct interest rate was on our loan. We are beyond thankful for her attentiveness and kindness during the process.

Erin was fantastic! Her response time was quick whenever we needed anything. Walked us through the process wonderfully and was great at explaining so we really understood. My husband and I would most definitely recommend her. And use her again if we needed!
