Erin was straight forward with me from the first day. She was thorough and organized, making sure I had all the proper documentation needed to make the process go smoothly. Erin went above making sure I understood and made me feel at ease. She also was readily available for all my questions, even the ones I thought were unnecessary. She is professional and friendly.
