Craig was always available to answer any questions we had. He never once acted frustrated when we asked multiple questions. He communicated what was happening with our loan clearly so we knew where we were at and the next step in the process constantly. He fought for us to have the best loan for our situation and when we changed something last minute he rolled with the change and made it happen just like we needed!

Erin was fantastic with our refi. She was very knowledgeable with any questions that we had regarding our refi. She was quick and prompt with any emails or phone calls. I would refer Erin to any friends and family that I have that are doing refi‘s or buying a new home.
