I worked with Marc to purchase our first home, and I am so glad to work with him! He took the time to explain in detail everything I needed to know about mortgage options and buying a house, and answered all my questions very quickly. He introduced me to our realtor, and I tapped into the real estate investment market because of him. It's been 2 years since we first worked together, and Marc still keeps in touch with us and is very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better lender. I would highly recommend Marc when enlisting a mortgage broker. He was very accessible which is key when you need questions answered in a timely manner. Marc made the home buying and selling process, which can be extremely stressful, go just a little bit smoother. What really sets him apart from other brokers is his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to be helpful. There were several times Marc came out to our home to pick up or drop off important paperwork. He was there to support us both professionally and on a personal level. When working with Marc, you don't receive just an extension of a banking service, you gain an allie and a friend.
