These buyers submitted an offer in a multiple offer situation and said they were not a Hubbard. Did not need to sell to buy. I requested permission to confirm with you they were not a Hubbard which was not provided. To learn they switched from conventional mortgage to FHA, one of the buyer's is removed and I ask again is there a problem or change I should be aware of "no my clients wanted a lower rate" to later learn they are a Hubbard. I am a lifelong resident of the shoreline and third generation Realtor. This lack of integrity and dishonesty was very unfortunate.
