Lynette was the second person that we talked when shopping for loans (did not have a great experience with the first one) and was extremely helpful during the whole process. She promptly replied us every time we had questions and was always very courteous.

Lynette is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If I could give her more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Her communication via text, email and calls was always prompt and efficient. She provides excellent options and recommendations. She made the process very easy. When I was unsure or nervous about something in the process she always made sure to take the time to explain and plan out the best course of action.
